There are 3 types of resources in 7 Days To Die. First, you have your basic resources found in the environment that are acquired via activities like harvesting, scrapping, looting, butchering and scavenging. These resources are mostly used to craft basic items. Secondly, you have your intermediate resources that are usually crafted by the basic resources. These resources could have multiple uses. You won’t find these resources whilst looting, not until your game stage is a lot higher. Lastly, we have component resources.
